With your consent (where required by the applicable law), we primarily use your personal data to provide support or service offerings to you, such as process your KYCs, onboard you to our investment platforms and execute investments with respective AMCs (or other third party brokers).

You may consent us to send you messages via email (or other messaging apps) related to portfolio updates, and new investing opportunities or products.

We may aggregate your data along with other clients in our legitimate interests for the development of our business.

How Your Personal Data is Disclosed

With your consent (where required by the applicable law), we may share personal data with regulated third parties, as necessary to execute your investments. These third parties include: 

1. KRAs - Agencies that collaborate with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and is responsible for verifying and registering personal details, particularly in the context of financial investments

2. AMCs - An Asset Management Company (AMC) is a financial institution that manages and oversees the operations of mutual funds and other investment vehicles

3. Investment Platform Operators, including Brokers and Registrars - Aggregator investment platforms (NSE NMF and BSE Star MF), individual registrar platforms (CAMS and KFintech), Wealth Management Software company (platform developed by IFANOW) and registered brokers for financial products with demat account requirements (AIFs, PMS, Secured or Unsecured financial products)

Any third parties to whom we may disclose personal data may have their own data protection and privacy notices/policies, which we encourage you to view on the websites of those third parties

Data Retention

In case you stop / redeem investments with us in the future, we will only retain any capital gain reports that you may need for ITR purposes. No other information will be held on our platform.
