Mr. Abhishek Gupta, CFA
Mr. Abhishek Gupta has 8+ years of management consulting experience with two leading global consulting firms, collaborating with business leaders in the Banking and Financial Services industry across the United States, Europe (UK, Germany), Asia (Singapore, India), South America and South Africa.
His experience helped him attain a deep understanding of the investment models and best practices used across international private banking, wealth and asset management services.
Abhishek has developed great expertise in financial modelling with experience a wide range of quantitative, statistical and data visualization software (MS Excel, SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau). He has used this experience to develop proprietary investment models in equity and mutual funds, customized for India-based and global investments.
Abhishek has a B.E. from Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) and an MBA degree from IIM Kozhikode. He also completed all 3 levels of the CFA program and received the CFA designation.

Ms. Shruti Deora, CA
Ms. Shruti Deora is a Partner (Climate & Gender) with the Business Consulting team at Intellecap, Aavishkaar Group
She is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode.
Shruti is a passionate social impact consultant with 12+ years of experience in advisory, designing and implementing projects focusing on achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. She has led and guided projects in education, livelihoods, healthcare and gender equality in collaboration with multinational organisations, foundations, corporates, non-profits and government bodies such as NITI Aayog.
She has worked with KPMG, Goldman Sachs, Franklin Templeton in roles covering management consulting, investment research, fixed income money markets and has had experience in multicultural environments across geographies such as US, Africa and Middle East.
She is a founding member of Women in Management, IIMK and City Chapter Head (Delhi) for IIMK Alumni Association.

Mr. Narender Kumar Gupta, IRAS
Mr. Narender Kumar Gupta, IRAS is a member of the Indian Railway Accounts Service and has 37+ years of experience in the various fields of Perspective Planning, Corporate strategy and Financial Management. He worked in multiple senior positions with the Indian Railways and deputation assignments with the World Bank to develop a deep understanding of the corporate environment in India and key economies across the world.
He sought voluntary retirement from Indian Railways and joined as Director Finance and full-time Board member with RailTel Corp of India (Schedule 'A' PSU of the Indian Railways) in 2017.
He is a certified Investment Advisor (cleared Level I and Level II of Investment Advisor certification with NISM) and has an extensive experience of 30+ years in Investment Management and Mutual Funds, both in India and USA.
He is currently working as an independent arbitrator and insolvency professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
He is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accounts of India, Member of All India Management Association and Life Member of Institute of Rail Transport.

Mrs. Manju Gupta, IRSEE
Mrs. Manju Gupta, IRSEE is a member of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers and the first woman electrical engineer to join Indian Railways (IR). She has 35+ years of experience in managing and executing key projects for the Indian Railways (IR).
She has a deep understanding of project design, formulation and execution in a corporate environment and was a nominated Director on the Board of Directors of Bhartiya Rail Bijlee Corporation Limited, a joint venture of IR and NTPC.
She superannuated as Additional Member, Railway Board, Ministry of Railways in 2020 from the rank of Special Secretary to the Government of India.
She is a Gold Medallist from IIT Roorkee (formerly University of Roorkee) and completed her M.Phil. in Public Administration from the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi.
